This dining room table was made as a barter for a family east of St. Joseph, Missouri. Made with a combination of honey locust and pine, it turned out nicely, extremely sturdy, and heavy. Here is an up close picture before the table was stained and finished. You can see the grains of the honey locust. We learned some things about honey locust, since this was the first time working with it. The framing underneath; you can see it's built to last! The customer requested a lovely red mahogany finish. This table can be made to order. It can also be customized with your choice of woods and/or stain. J.P.
